I would not recommend wasting your time contacting this firm.

My interaction with Attorney Kemp was extremely unprofessional. He was unresponsive, dismissive, and made assumptions instead of reviewing my case as a new matter.

The tone of his communication made me feel disregarded and treated unfairly, and the lack of basic courtesy or willingness to engage raised serious concerns about how he interacts with potential clients.

Based on my experience, I felt that the treatment I received was unequal and deeply inappropriate for a legal professional.

Anyone expecting professionalism, responsiveness, or respectful communication should look elsewhere. I would not recommend wasting your time contacting this firm.

These guys and gals are amazing. They have helped us with probate issues, estate planning, and wills for my father and my family. Andy is detailed oriented and the staff is very communicative which is enormous when it comes to legal matters. The cost is a flat rate for most planning, and probate issues rates are more than reasonable, IMO. If you are looking for Legal advice, look no further.

I am currently having to work with this firm with my late grandmother's trust. The only thing I can say is RUN. The billable is around 500 a hour, and the paperwork will be riddled with mistakes. I have personally delivered important information to their office directly, and it was still wrong on the final draft. Hire this firm if you like talking to paralegals and receptionists just to have your "lawyer" skim it and send it. Take your money to someone who cares, not these people.

I must say, Will was an outstanding resource for us, and was able to guide us in navigating the legal waters as they relate to real estate law. I feel very confident moving forward after our meeting. I would highly recommend Will for any real estate related business issues/questions. He was personable, friendly, and the consummate professional. His staff was wonderful, and the offices were conveniently located in central Lakeland, and were very comfortable.
