Our company has been with Real Geeks since 2022, and I've come to them with a lot of questions over the years. Their support team is great, especially Fred Shapiro. I'm always happy when I get to work with him, because I know that no matter how strange our problem might be, he understands the system so well that I can trust he will help me find the best solution to make our process work. We wouldn't be able to handle all the incoming leads we get if it wasn't for his expertise and dedication.

I'm impressed with a lot of the updates I've seen from Real Geeks lately. While the platform’s features like the geographic round robin have been instrumental in managing our buyer and seller leads, I look forward to seeing their additional enhancements to further streamline our workflow. Adding more customization options for the round robin feature and improving the flexibility of the About pages would make an already great product even better.

Overall, I’m really happy with Real Geeks and the support Fred provides. We're looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to grow and evolve!

I have to commend the familiar names Fred, Danielle, and Joel who always assist with ALL my monthly changes I do to my site. I have been with Real Geeks for over 4 years now and have had no regrets. The support team has always been great from the time of starting up the website and configuring the setup to receiving support throughout doing business. Recently, I had a tech support issue come up related to my IDX and missing listings, which was more less due to my MLS board, but Fred Shapiro was able to help me get everything back to order within a half hour as soon as we caught the issue.
When I email support, they always respond within 24 hours. Having a CRM to keep my customers in one place and a website that performs well on Google, I am very pleased to have Real Geeks!
