The counselors and staff at R&D are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in developing a program that works for each individual. There is a genuine feeling of compassion throughout the building and a devotion to helping people realize their life’s potential through sobriety. I am so thankful for everyone there who helped me through group meetings, individual sessions, and sober events to support and strengthen my resolve to maintain my sobriety. A huge thank you to Rachel, Mark, Rick and Kevin who do amazing things for their clients!

When I first came to R&D, I didn't realize how much I actually needed to be there. I was so deep in my addiction that I was on the verge of losing my job and had nearly lost a finger; I had completely lost touch with who I really was.
Their intimate group sessions provide a comfortable and laid back environment to talk through your issues with others who are in very similar situations. Rachel is an outstanding therapist and was instrumental in helping me get to know myself once again, along the rest of the phenomenal staff. The owners, Rick and Mark have truly constructed a one of a kind recovery facility and I'm very grateful to have gone there. 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

R&D Center has been a huge help for me as I have worked to get my life back to where I want it to be. The program isn’t easy, but if you’re willing to put the work in you will get as much out of it as you put in. The staff really care about helping the people there live their best lives and I highly recommend for anyone that is struggling and needs help. R&D has helped provide me with and develop the tools I need to move my life forward.

The entire group is very inviting and always available around the clock. Their determination to help myself out was such a welcoming experience, that it made it much easier to walk through those door with each passing day. They are open suggestions and love getting other participated in group activities such as yoga. I have been to two different centers to help with my addiction, and RandD by far preaches living your life in enjoyment, not fear of addiction.

Rachel, Rick, Mark and Kevin are just amazing! They truly care and want you to succeed and go above and beyond to see that happen! There’s a compassion like no other and you can feel it the minute you walk in. I’ve gotten more in my few weeks here then in any inpatient or any other iop! They are truly a step above the rest!!!

This place is wonderful, finally an outpatient treatment center that provides quality of care and individualized treatment to every client. The staff is very intelligent and empathic. They go above and beyond, therapy and case management wise, to provide optimal care to clients. They have a holistic and goal-centered focus which makes it particularly special from other programs!
