I had phone and internet service installed yesterday and can't say thank you enough to the installer and his helpers for a great no hassle job! He called the morning before and came to look at what needed to be done, the next morning as promised they were there trenching the line and even hand dug near the house to be sure not to hit our water pipe. Install into the desk area was no problem at all and the DSL is fast enough for me to work from home. I'm very impressed with this smaller company with a 5 star crew. Thanks!

I'm a city slicker that is thrilled to move out into the country. The Ragland telephone company is the way to go for DSL Internet. Don't be fooled with satellite, you'll pay 75$ to watch 3 Netflix movies.
As far as the phone plans I did run into a snag, as there long distance only covers central and most northern Alabama. They have 2 plans. The first is by the minute and the second plan is a flat fee. However, I need to be able to call out of Alabama. When I called to get more information Colbie was very informative and had excellent customer service skills. She explained that they are locally owned and that I may need to get a long distance carrier. She provided me with several suggestions and let me know they were willing to assist with whatever I decided to do. I appreciated the assistance and the level of professionalism.

The time says open 8am-4pm most days but you call and it says it's closed. Really should update hrs if your not gonna be open when you say you are .

A joke of a telephone company. Internet slowest in Nation. If we had a public service comm in Alabama they would close them down. I have their service and I don’t live near Ragland.

Serviceable, best I can say. Internet is available, that is it. Really needs an upgrade in download speeds to be worth what I've got to pay.
