Would not recommend working with rabbit after over a year I had more success working with the most expensive engineers on upwork. You are billed very similar to how lawyers build with retainers and 15 minute increments ( time and expensive ) When you ask for a breakdown of how the time was spent Adam was not able to provide this at all. The rate is 300-500 dollars an hour with this company. During my experience the people I worked with left the company for unknown reasons (victor and sally) they communicated and explained and were more knowledgeable than Adam. Once my engineer left the company I had to use more of my retainer to explain my product all over again to a new engineer (Brice) who did not have the expertise as the engineer before. When asked to provide a breakdown of how time was spent or for drawings associated with my project I was provided with nothing. Except another copy paste invoice not detailing what would be done.
Rabbit I will say does have real engineers but their billing practices and price does not reflect in what you get if you are charging people 300-500 dollars an hour you should be provided with a breakdown of how the time was spent this could never be done not even in hour intervals .

Everything with your productwill be done through rabbit. All orders and communication with factory and you will pay for this. If your product goes to production rabbit puts there fees for communication baked into your cost per good but this is an unknown amount.

Happy to say I made my product with someone else for 1/2 the price I spent with rabbit for a incomplete product.

EDIT: Adam's reply says that I worked with company over 3 years ago which is simply hyperbole and just a way to demean a honest review. In the time since working with rabbit I have had the opportunity to work with professionals in engineering and manufacturing a product and the experience was elsewhere was better at a better price .

So far so good . Everything from the design process to manufacturing the prototypes has been fairly easy and quick . When we have completed the project and the first shipment of units arrives I will update the review with some photos .
