I would HIGHLY recommend Jim Merritt for all your Quickbook questions and training! I started a small business last year and thought I was using Quickbooks correctly until my CPA said our books were a mess. I contacted Jim and needed help cleaning up our Quickbooks ASAP for tax season. He came to our office and gave up a hands-on class within one week of contacting him. He teached us how to use Quickbooks and got our Quickbook entries cleaned up and organized. He responds quickly to ALL my email questions and is very knowledgeable and personable. We would not have been able file our taxes on time if it was for Jim!

Me and my husband purchased a restaurant last year and we were so busy running our place that we never had time to set up our quick books and make sure everything is recorded right way... we had some experience to do basic transactions but it was not enough when it was time to do our taxes. We went online and started to search for someone who can help (during Covid time everything is online which makes it so much easier) and we found Jim Merritt from QuickTrainer! Jim set up our chart of accounts and fixed all the transactions I had questions about in less then a week! Our QB looked beautiful! Jim not just helped with setting it all up but also taught us how to do QB the right way and now we have so much confidence in doing it! Our CPA was so happy to see that as newly started business we were able to deliver what she expected!

I can’t say enough how amazing Jim is. He is so patient and helpful. Very encouraging and such a great teacher. I was kinda thrown into a new role with hubby’s business and our awesome accountant talked me into using QB. I hadn’t fully used it and hasn’t used it all for years. Thanks to Jim I can honestly say I’m very confident and proficient in using it. It was one of the best business decisions we have made not only using QB ... bringing along a teacher like Jim to maximize our usage. I also use QB for my coaching business... all because of Jim! He comes to the rescue as questions come up. I am finding less and less questions all because Jim helped me get the basics down. Jim, I appreciate you so much!

Quicktrainer is helping me clean up my company's QuickBooks and teaching me the best practices for quality bookkeeping. The training is done via remote sessions so its very convenient and the accountant I am working with is right there with me on the phone and screen so it is very hands on which I really like.

I attended a Quickbooks training course through QuickTrainer in Wilmington. This course was a basic overview of Quickbooks led by Jim Merritt. Recently my husband and I started our own business and I contacted Jim to assist in setting up quickbooks in my home office. He met with me one on one and was very helpful in getting me set up and comfortable with the program. I have contacted him several times in the past few months with questions and he is always quick to respond and so helpful. He goes the extra mile in making sure that understand what I am doing! EXCELLENT customer service, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE of the product!!
