Edited. When I went to press the white transfers, they were so opaque it changed the color from white to gray on a dark colored shirt. I tried a couple of different tests and all the same. When you put the transfer over printed material, you could read through it. Didn't reply to my email so also poor customer service. Now I have to start over with someone else, wasted money and now a week behind.

They were wicked fast and the prints are exceptional. I ordered from quick 3 days after their competitor, not only did I receive these but I had time to press all of them before the other company even handed my order over to the shipper.

I have placed several orders with Quick Transfer and each time, they go above and beyond. I made a mistake on my last order so I called, spoke to a live person who suggested I send an email. After doing so, my issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes! And then my order was shipped out the same day. Very happy with their service and product. Will definitely order from them again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!!

So I placed an order for pickup on 2/15/2024. They said they were behind and it would be available the next day. No problem, I didn't need the items till Friday anyway. I actually decided to get more items printed so I could pick everything up on Friday (2/17/2024). I go there after hours expecting to pick up my items from the box outside. However, my items were not there. I was devastated because I needed them for a big event the next day (Saturday 2/17/2024). It was after 7pm at this time. They've been closed for 2 hours by now. I called the number on the door, I emailed them, I even went online and used the little chat feature pleading to get these items. I was all out of hope. Until, while I was contemplating my life choices in the car infront of the shop, I got a response from the online chat feature I mentioned. The email said "are you still there?". I was indeed still there so I responded. To make this long story short, I spoke to a guy and was able to retrieve my items. I literally screamed "THANK YOU JESSSUUUUSSSSS" in my car. 😄
This gentleman did not have to do what he did for me.

Today I called to confirm how to properly order from them for after hour pickup. This team deserves recognition for their excellent customer service. 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾

Only reliable when they want to be!!!! I will say when they actually do produce the products they are great quality but Extremely inconsistent with fulfilling products. If they advertise that as long as the order is placed by 2pm it would be completed that same day, I am confused why my order that was placed BEFORE 2pm today is not there. I shouldn’t be surprised because this isn’t the first, second, or even third time that this has happened so I should have learned my lesson by now, I guess. But being that they are the closest company that does “same day” and offer both UV and dtf they know that they are needed so they pick whenever they want to provide the service, and that would be fine if they didn’t accept the order, but to take the order, MY MONEY, and not fulfill it is crazy and because it’s a weekend and the orders and events that I purchased these items for will be over before I can even speak to someone about my order! So now not only do I have to miss out on over $100, I am now at a loss because I have to refund over $95 in orders and forfeit my vendor fee for an event because I don’t have my prints. I guess “small” orders don’t matter to them), because again this is not the first time this has happened. I called and spoke to Becca who although seemed to be rushing me off the phone assured me that because the order was placed BEFORE 2pm that it would be completed today, and YET AGAIN, I drove all the way there after working the entire day for it to not be there again. This happened about a month ago also and an associate, can’t remember their name, guaranteed that it would be completed because it was placed prior to 2pm and the separate order that came in at 2:21 that same day would be fulfilled as well because the delay was due to issues on THEIR website, but again neither the order that was placed within their time parameters nor the one after & they offered no accommodations, discounts or even as much as an apology, for their mishaps not to mention me driving all the way there for nothing. I probably should’ve reconsidered them then or the time before, this summer when no one communicated with me (when they did it was very nonchalant ) until the following Monday that they had issues with their printer so they couldn’t complete the order and because of that I missed out on selling concert merch. (They did offer …a 10% discount code afterwards WOW)But I understood that things happen SOMETIMES, but constantly, with no regards for other people’s time, money or businesses, that’s insane to me. I have referred several people here but unfortunately I guess that nor my business was appreciated. Please process a refund for my order as it will no longer be needed
