I have been a Quantum customer for years, they are generally pretty helpful every time I call in. In the last 2 weeks I have spoken with Zack, Kat, and yesterday, Ricky Lara. Ricky went above and beyond for me, walked me through a new portal I had not realized even existed, and as I requested of him, he explained to me "like I was 5 years old" the monthly effective credit card processing rates so I could clearly understand what the monthly costs were as another competitor has recently been trying to recruit new business. I hope every future experience with Quantum Customer Service is able to meet the standard that Ricky Lara set yesterday.

We had an issue with our Quantum credit card terminal and the card reader machine for the very first time. We had the customer in front of us and he couldn't use his credit card. We didn't show it but we were in a panic mode. Called Quantum Merchant Services and spoke with Ricky Lara of CS Support Specialist II. He was very professional and friendly and took us step by step to correct the problem we had with our 2 machines. We appreciate how fast we were able to speak to the Customer Service and solve the issue in hand. Thank you Ricky!

Trash service! It is extremely unethical of you to hold the funds of a paying customer. This practice is dishonest and likely illegal! I am reporting this incident to the BBB.

I appreciate Cathy's services for Quantum Support. My company had a case of a charge back. I contacted Quantum support with all document proof and Cathy was very responsive.
