Most of the very old and politic employees worry to lost their’s job they’ll do something unbelievable. Instead of supporting training to make your job successful. I gotten discrimination.
Go into the Hybrid technology, one person training, I take the job from trainers. Also first and second shift inspector dumped more work not even training yet for me to do. I refused waiting for I asking the person training, I got in trouble because I didn’t do what they wanted me to do.they’re hide all the needle and complain I broken a lot of needles. I never going to lunch room or talk to people about work, but manager complain I talk bad about Long and Yen….

I got training by Rosa, very funny wearing fingers cot let crystal seating on the finger and used caliper to dimension very thin crystal.( technically dimension not accurate.)
5000pcs screw size .50 in screw have to wear fingers cots pickup one by one on hand to inspection under microscope for thread contamination , oil….Rosa doesn’t want I laying it on my hands to compare the size and thread with another screw. Rosa rejected and I need 2 days to finish this lot.
Rosa give for me the lot 200 pcs square haft inch glass crystals cover. One side brown color another side shield around the part very thing like paper. she want me to pickup by hands instead of using air vacuum to protect for broken glass and contamination get in to the unit ( She hide the vacuum tip )
Wednesday I have a lot 2500pcs .25 in, Rosa told me have wearing fingers cot pickup by hand very small screw to inspection. I asking the supervisor okay for me to use the tweezers to pick up the screws to inspection the threads, oil, contamination (she told me I didn’t follow her rules)
Thursday, Rosa give 500 pcs header to inspection glass shield, pins, alignment, and scratches, contamination…. Plastic tray dip .60 - .70 in (some part very hard to used the tweezers to get it out) part 20 pins long lead she told me wearing finger cot and pick up by hands to inspection. I don’t want to damaged glass shield or bending the pins.
I have to lift up side down to removed all the part stuck on the tray, laying down in order on the cover tray. Clean the tray, inspection parts and put them back on the tray. The scratch part, water spots, metal exposed move to different tray. (I didn’t follow Rosa rules) job come and go. “Don’t be like me!”
I work by heart, I lost my jobs !
Money important, but not very important.
