Bought exactly what I was to told to buy by a sales rep in order to get the massage bed. Didn't receive the massage bed. It was supposed to be assembled by the delivery people, even paid $200 for this, it was not assembled by them due to paperwork issues on their end. Had to have my mom assemble it after 2 weeks of phone tag during the day when I work night shift so I was having to stay up late for them to fix it. It was not fixed. Very disappointed

Not at all happy. I was told I had a 100 night trial, they said it was easy and hassle free return. There was no mention I had to pay $160 restocking fee, or that I had to spend 4.5 hours disassembling it, and then packaging it (164 pounds by the way) and haul it to fedex. I''m not happy with Purple as a company and so I will be returning my mattress and the rest of my items.

I got there a little bit early and they had me wait for a door until my appointment time. They got me in as scheduled and got me unloaded in 50 minutes. Great job.

Great attitude. Quick check in and quick loading. Employees have great attitude and always love coming to this warehouse to get loaded.

Truck drivers don't come here. Ull waste the whole day here. Takes all day to load or unload. Blacklist this company. Management needs to be replaced.

My husband drove over an hour to get there and was told they were “too busy” to help him. Aka too busy to do their job. He was there within store hours and stayed over an hour requesting the purchased mattress. They said to come back tomorrow. Disrespectful and unprofessional service.

I'm gonna take pictures next time. This place is a drivers dream. They.have it all figured out. It's organized, and plenty of backing room, easy to find, and quick. Everyone I spoke to was so nice. They treat drivers with respect, so much, that I talked to other drivers and they all feel the same. A man working receiving, told me the staff gets a purple matress for free after 30 days. I think that Purple has got it all figured out. They genuinely seem happy. I'll go back here, anyday!
