I needed a repair to our backyard gas line. While my need wasn't urgent I called Pure Pro Plumbing and they answered the phone and I got an appointment for the same day. I was notified via text 30 minutes prior to arrival and the plumbing technician (Alan) was friendly and on time. After a short discussion about my issue he performed the necessary the gas line repair. I really appreciate that not only did he do the repair he explained things well so I improved my knowledge and understanding. I would definitely hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a dishwasher installed. Nate and crew were great! Got a quick and affordable quote. They came in the next morning and pulled the old unit out. Home Depot delivered the new one, and they came back later that day and did a bang-up job on the install! Looks great!! Local plumbers are flexible and affordable over the big chains. Very easy to work with and excellent results.

Today Pure Pro Plumbing came to my home and replaced my 75 gallon hot water heater. They showed up on time did a great job and was very reasonable and honest.

Job NOT done. Plumber came out to install Moen device. Could not find water pipe. Had me clear an area in garage, make a hole in drywall to find pipe, found no pipe and then he says next time he’ll bring a scanner. Still waiting for follow up on a time sensitive job

Brian installed our Moen Automatic Shutoff valve today and we were very impressed with his skill & professionalism. He was friendly, very responsive to our questions & his work was immaculate.
