Pronovos is a complete project management and analytics SaaS for our needs. The Analytics module within the software is impressive and captures the information you need to evaluate your current jobs’ health. Their support and training staff have been outstanding, and we get immediate attention from them for any issues we come across, including after hours. We have requested several forms be set up in Pronovos and again, the Pronovos team has been responsive in assisting with form setup, as well as walking me through the setup process so I can create forms on my own. Garrett Cochran is our customer service rep and does an excellent job of responding and following up with our issues and needs. We enjoy our “newish” (1 year) relationship with Pronovos and hope to continue with them for years to come.
