The notary service was very reasonably priced and conveniently located on 4th street near downtown San Rafael. Cash and check are the only forms of payment accepted, but there is an ATM machine available.

Rip off!!! The service was slow and the lady has an attitude. They over charge by a lot. Very unreasonable rate. You can get better result at home. Just download any passport photo app.
