Zero Stars- Terrible product for estimating. Customer support was awful during the implementation. I would suggest highly that you look elsewhere for a estimating product. When asked for a refund we got the " Sorry after 30 days its yours" Save your time and money.

Most Ergonomic Software Ever!
I love it because the zoom controls on the takeoff screen are impossible to use with a mouse, so I had to get a touchscreen monitor, something I always wanted anyways.
I also love it because the graphics are such low resolution that I had to go to an optomotrist. I found out I actually have 20/20 vision, so that's a relief. Without that I would have thought I was going blind. So I have pro-est to thank for that.
What really tips the scales for me is that finding a customer's contact information is so hard it's like a puzzle, which is good for my brain. And it takes extra time away from doing my job, which is a positive, because I've been hearing on the news that this economy is red hot and we need to put the brakes on it.
I'm giving a 1 star review because 1 means awesome, right?

Really the best platform out there. Good customer support and easy to learn/use. I'd recommend ProEst to anyone looking to make their process a lot easier. We were just using Bluebeam and spreadsheets before and it became a nightmare. We've been really pleased with how much time we've saved. It's insane! Doing more bids, winning a lot more, all around great software.
