My 1st appointment with Dr. Shah was great. I read previous reviews and almost canceled to look for another doctor, but I needed to see for myself the truth. I honestly can say he was very professional and shared a childhood story of riding a school bus. He was honest with the results and I would recommend him to others in need of a cardiologist.

They both listened to us carefully;so efficient, and professional in helping us identify the issue after we relayed the situation. This visit was a wonderful experience! This was my first time to this office. When we arrived, two of the nurses came to the door to greet and help my wife and I into the building as we are in our eighty’s and have to use our canes to walk. Dr. Sofiya was very kind and patient with me. She listened to me tell her about all the medications that I take and about my many health issues that I have. The entire staff was so professional and the office was very clean. I will definitely recommend my friends, family and others to this office. Job well done.

Prime Heart is always a positive experience for me. The staff is prompt for appointments and very professional. I've seen both Dr Shah and Ashley at my appointments. I was referred to Dr. Shah at Prime Heart & Vascular in Plano, TX by my primary physician. The referral was easy, and they actually called me to schedule the appointment. The waiting area was very clean and the people at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait very long before I was called in to see the doctor.
I was very pleased with Dr. Shah. He was very easy to talk to and very professional. The entire staff were very friendly.

Very HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL place. We tried to schedule appointment since Nov.7 with Dr. Rishin, they keep rescheduling the appointment with multiple senseless reason at the day before schedule day such as Doctor not available/Information not match which is not the truth, earlier of this month they said the insurance company is change so they need 7 business day to update the insurance which is the only reason make sense so I gave them the new insurance information by call at Jan 3rd then rescheduled to Jan 15th which has totally enough time for this updated. Then I got the call today morning again which is less then 7 hours before the appointment told me that they just update the insurance information YESTERDAY and the need another 7 days to update the information and have to reschedule the appointment two weeks later. I won’t said how many time we have to adjust our work business to match their schedule game. It just shows how unprofessional this company is and should not even get trust from patients to let them do any thing on your body.
