The best place hands down for a study! This is my second time here the staff is amazing. Reading the negative reviews surprises me. I had an AE my first stay and I had to follow up with a cardiologist to be cleared for screening again. We had some trouble getting the paperwork from my doctor but they were so helpful and helped me to figure everything out. Thankfully I got cleared and I'm here again. The food Is so good they have fresh fruit and the food actually has flavor much better than most facilities. The payment is always on time as soon as you leave your card is loaded. This place is huge and I have nothing but good things to say.

Just got out of a 15 night study yesterday. The staff was chill and for the most part friendly. The food was good. Not 5 star chef but it was hot and healthy and mostly everyone in my group I saw them eat all their food and no one complained about it. Being there gave me plenty time to study and read and journal to plan for my next season of life. My head was in a good space there. I don’t know what all these ppl complaining about. Where else you gonna make 10k in 2 weeks. Suck it up, do the program and move on !

Wasted money and time going here . Khristie contacted me to say I was in the study then she called again days later to say the eye exam date changed . Ok fine . I book my rt flight for the exam and study and Airbnb. When I get to the study for eye exam I everyone is chatting about how the study dates got switched too.. I reached ppd weeks prior to get new number saved in system they said they got it , however I never got the new dates for the study . After explaining to khristie my dilemma hours passed and she said I was cleared to go to ppd for the wknd to do my study Monday . It’s Friday and I’m waiting for my uber khristie calls me to say they had issues getting my blood at screening so my study has been cancelled ..this was being lazy unprofessional and inconsiderate. To tell someone on the day of instead of looking at notes prior to me leaving my home in Utah is beyond me . Since then I’ve been blowing up ppd as I’m still owed $150 for the eye exam I did …hire better and do better ppd . Grossly despicable

I did studies at PPD like it was like a job .I did studies like 7 years there . People that was veterans they tell me PPD uses you for a few years .then make up stuff on you .it came up to be true first they said my ppt was to high .then went to the doctor and got paper work and got cleared .then try another studie they said my ppt was low .lol .they came up that I could only do bio studies only .then findly got ban for good they claim my heart was skipping a beat.they use you for a few years then you out of there .I still do studies in other places .PPD is just routen .I give them a 0 star .

Ann from Paramedics called me dramatic when I said ouch because she stuck the needle in an already blown out swollen vein and slanted it in the wrong direction . Then the next day she was about to another draw and said she was going to write my comments in file and I will be not considered in future trials before she even touched me and I then told her to not to touch me since she already had an aggressive attitude towards me. Not going back . That's the second worker ( Esperanza ? - tech boss ) in a three day trial that blew out two different veins , no apologies, attitudes, and unfortunately the great techs there have to answer to these two that use their authority to steam roll their employees and clients .I'm not the only one during this that had problems with them . So I'm not returning for second half on account of these two . There would be no problem if they didn't blow out my veins .Shout out to Cassie - Tech and Geoffrey Williams - Paramedic and other Techs that had zero problems with drawing my blood and had a gentle bed side manner . They should be running the show . No problems with any techs .

Place BANNED me some time ago... quite a long time ago because they alleged my liver was deteriorating. They requested that I find a doctor to carry out tests and such. To validate my health, I hired a doctor to perform tests and carry out several lab analyses on me. To my surprise, when I shared that information, they confirmed I was healthy, as the results indicated I am. They chose to maintain my ban indefinitely. Maybe they possess a spinning wheel in a hidden room and conduct random lottery bans on individuals; who can say for sure? They couldn't care less about you or anyone else, for that matter. I continue to suggest them to all, but when will you have the courage to acknowledge your mistake and allow me to return to do studies?

worse experience in my life dealing with the phlebotomist, they had a woman who was clearly inexperienced drawing my blood and when she twitched with the needle in my vein i flinched and tried to laugh it off so she wouldn’t feel bad. long story short i get a call from a rep saying im banned for “faking a seizure” although i never complained or tried to get anything out of the situation. i’m a usmc vet who traveled 4 hours to be here from dallas and it was a waste of time.
