Thanks to Tracy & George and her team, our wedding day was far beyond what we ever dreamt of!!!! For those who don't know, George is Platinum's chef and Tracy is the event planner/absolute schedule master! I will rewind back to when I first emailed Tracy about our wedding catering inquiry. She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. We instantly were drawn to Platinum Party Planners because they offered a variety of catering packages and we were able to pick one that suited our budget. A lot of other caterers were firm with their pricing which is stressful! During the food tasting, Tracy sat with us to discuss our wedding day vision and took thorough notes. Because I did not have a "day of" planner to setup all my DIYs/decor, she said not to worry and her team would handle it (ummm AMAZING!!!!!!). At the tasting, we were blown away not only by the taste of everything, but the gorgeous plating! Everything was absolutely beautiful and screamed high end, even with our limited budget. We had our wedding at RGNY Riverhead and initially they wanted us to choose a caterer from their exclusive list. Tracy went out of her way to meet with the managers/staff at RGNY and thanks to her high level of professionalism and expertise, they allowed us to proceed with using Platinum at our caterer!!! Prior to the wedding, Platinum assembled a whole timeline/order of events for our wedding day (with my approval of course!). Fast forward to our wedding day, Tracy NAILED our decor setup, food was delicious, and the staff was awesome!! Platinum also made up menu cards for each seat, UNREAL!! Tracy only approached me ONE time the whole wedding day and it was only to say hi and congratulations!! This showed me she had everything under control and didn't need my input on anything. Once the reception ended, the team thoroughly cleaned up and took care of disposing all the garbage. All this to say, I truly could not thank Platinum Party Planners enough. George and Tracy went above and BEYOND to make me the happiest and most stress-free bride in the world. I will forever look back on that day as the happiest day of my life. Love you guys, you are absolute PROS!!!!

I found Platinum on line looking for something different for my daughters baby shower. I Was intrigued by such positive reviews and made an appointment to meet with Tracey. The Catering menu was impressive & the business very professional and decided to give them a try. I have hosted several parties in and out of my home and was very happy with the experience. Both Tracey and George are very welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable, which made the planning easy. The food was delicious and very generous portions. My guests loved the food and a few took to go bags. I would definitely use them again.

Platinum Party Caterers catered my husband and I’s July 2024 wedding, and my friends and family still rave about how amazing their food and service was. From the moment we walked through their doors for a tasting we were treated with the upmost kindness and every need of ours was catered too! Tracy and her husband made every step of the way so easy from choosing food, to a lovely sit down tasting, and every little detail in between. They kept constant communication with us leading up to our wedding to make sure we got everything we wanted and were so attentive to our needs on the day of. Overall, they made us feel so special and taken care of! We had our own apps and dinner brought out to us and constantly had drinks in our hand thanks to their wonderful staff. They didn’t skip a beat and the food was AMAZING. The entire night went by flawlessly and I never once had to worry about a single thing, they ran such a smooth ship. I was so happy with our choice at the end of the day and were so happy that my friends and family were too! If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your event and doesn’t just see you as a $, I highly recommend this catering service!!

Tracy, George and the whole Platinum team were absolutely amazing. After a lot of research, Platinum became an obvious choice and I'm so glad we went from them. From the beginning, they were kind, professional, responsive - I could go on and on and on about how wonderful they are. Tracy listened to our vision and what we wanted and made it come to life exceeding our expectations. During and after the wedding we got so many compliments about how great the food and service was. Each staff member was amazing throughout the whole night.

Tracy started out as our caterer but then also became our day of coordinator. Herself, along with her team member Jess (who was also absolutely amazing), made our day so seamless. We didn't have 1 worry on the wedding day thanks to them. After spending so much time with Tracy we were sad when the wedding was over!

There are many choices out there but I highly, highly recommend Platinum!!!

These two are a power couple if I ever met one. We planned a backyard wedding that ended up overlapping with a slight hurricane, any couples’ nightmare for sure. But the day didn’t miss a beat. Tracy and her team made sure everything was still as perfect as if it would have been on the sunniest of days. And George’s food is still talked about by everyone.
