Hello my name is Ronetta Price this is my first smoking research study. I had my doubts about the process, but now completing the study I really enjoyed the stay. The staff David "the cook,entertainer,host and Ms. Saba the nurse tech both made me feel at ease and comfortable with my stay. I really appreciated them and look forward to more opportunities for them in the future. I would recommend this facility to others.

David and Jessica warm welcome set the tone for my visits, making me feel comfortable and valued. DD was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of the study, ensuring I understood the process thoroughly. Mr. Sammy and Mr. Tim were also fantastic, providing support and answering any questions I had.

Betsy, Sherri and John were instrumental in coordinating the logistics of my visits, making everything run smoothly. And a special shoutout to nurse Rhonda for her compassionate care and expertise, which made my participation a breeze.

I wish I had found out about this place a lot sooner because it's a great place and I would have come sooner. I stayed here for about 2 months, and they took great care of me. The staff are highly professional and very relatable. I even made some friends while I was here. I highly recommend coming in to speak with the staff if you're on the fence. Overall, I'm very pleased and will return. Shout out to David and the ladies on the Northside for keeping it real.

This facility is amazing I can’t wait Participate in another study at this location in the near future and all I can say is what a delight everything was from the smiling faces and warming staff like DD signing up and explaining to me what I would be undergoing at my time at Pillar to the director Mrs. Whitney Miller who literally makes you feel loved and at home like family keeping you entertained with the coolest activities you couldn’t imagine and will do or get done anything you need (if humanly possible )to ensure you are having a great experience. Not to mention the nurses under Miss Dolores (the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet in LIFE!) they really care about you and treat you like you are royalty. Experiencing greatest assistance by the techs such as Chad and Betsy in the mornings making sure I get my meds and anything I need to Miss Saba and Miss Regina that comes in usually in the afternoons sanitizing all the areas treating me like two loving mothers catering to my every need. Whenever I had an issue an awesome worker by the name of Mr. Tim was always there to listen and give great advice . Mr. Tim reminded me of a cool uncle you can always talk to you no matter the situation making me feel comfortable and get through a tough mood swing that. I rate this place is 100 out of 10! Can't forget to mention (the best staff member In my personal experience) David “ he will Do everything in his power for you that you ask even if it’s to play with you on lonely days or going through depression and is always down to interact with you if you don’t have anyone to play with. Doctors there where always professional and prompt never making you wait and super open with you ensuring all procedures and tasks where transparent making care you received from the doctors impeccable they never waste your time really made my time there a great experience.
