Nicole, Nikki, Cici, Whitley, Adrian, Sarah, Eric, Brittany, and all of the other staff and medical staff are professional, caring, responsive, and attentive to every need of the patients. Chris (the transport driver) was really a stand-up guy! Everyone is on a first name basis. They really went the extra mile to accommodate me. I'm truly grateful for the treatment I got while apart of the study. On a scale of 1-10, I rate them a 10! They allowed me to throw a birthday party for my 1-year-old son! That was a monumental moment in my life! Tell your friends and family apart Pillar, and get on board for a study. You won't be let down!

Great Facility, But Payment System Needs Improvement

I had a generally positive experience with Pillar in terms of the facility and staff—everyone was friendly and professional. However, I have some concerns about the payment system, especially for those who are vocationally Lab Rats, and rely on it as a full-time source of income.

The pay card system they use is very inefficient. You cannot automatically deposit the funds into a bank account, and there are multiple fees involved—$2.50 per withdrawal, plus ATM charges. You are required to withdraw money in daily increments (up to $480 per day) at an ATM, and then manually deposit it into your bank account. This process takes a full week to transfer the entire amount, and the total fees exceed $50. Tellers can not make a single transfer nor can they make a transfer matching the daily limits in order to bypass some of the fees, it is only allowed to be done with an ATM

As someone who participates in clinical trials full-time, I found this system to be highly inconvenient and costly. While I understand that others may not have the same concerns, I would not recommend this setup to anyone who relies on consistent and efficient payment processing.

That said, if you're not dependent on the pay system or don’t mind the additional hassle, you’ll likely enjoy the overall experience with the company.

Ms. Destiny is the best coordinator that I've had since I've been here. Good to get along with, fun and humorous and she and the rest of the staff made me feel like family. Also Sarah is the best tech in the world and I hate to leave and can't wait to come back! Hate to leave, but gotta go. Wish I could stay alot longer but I gotta be there for my kids. Love and miss the whole staff. Wouldn't trade anyone out. Hopefully I will still be able to see them throughout the rest of the studies. Bentonville is the BEST location! They were very nice and very friendly and they got things done and I’m really happy that I was able to get to come and Sarah was so great. She did everything that I asked her do and she didn’t even get frustrated.
