Picnic tax was SO easy to use. I normally use another online service but I love that with Picnic I actually get matched to an accountant and I can message them with any questions I have. I got matched with Deon and he was wonderful! Super easy and a quick response time. I got a bigger return than the other service had offered me for basically the same price. Love it! The service and interface were very easy to use and the entire process from sign-up to filing took less than 48 hours, follow-ups and questions included. Had a great time with Picnic! Having worked with an expensive CPA previously and also seen the time investment of TurboTax, I saw the ad on the train home and was eager to give it a shot. I am SO happy someone suggested I use Picnic Tax to file this year. I’ve used TurboTax every year in the past and I cannot express how much easier this was. Picnic Tax is a great Tax Service to use if you want to take the headache out of doing taxes. The interface is extremely easy to use, and their accountants are friendly, responsive, and super professional. Works great both from Mobile App and Web Browser Interface... Using this service is a no brainer and I definitely know who I am using for my taxes next year.
