I inadvertently went into Phone Tech to inquire about an iPhone screen repair. Nathan was friendly and ready to assist. The most amazing feature was the price. After pricing the replacement at AT&T, I was willing to tolerate the cracked screen. I’m so glad I stopped in Phone Tech. It was definitely a pleasant experience and welcome surprise. It’s always nice to receive honest, trust worthy service at a reasonable price!

Phone Tech is awesome, hands-down one of the most reliable places in the area for phone and gadget repair. I've had my iPhones serviced a couple of times in the past, and they are extremely knowledgeable and offer fair prices for the repair. What really impressed me was the fact that they are honest about their limit of knowledge and expertise. I took my girlfriend's old gaming PC there once, and the staff member who took the PC admitted he wasn't the best person to do the job, but he would give it to another staff member who was more knowledgeable about PCs. This honesty is incredibly important and frankly often lacking in the electronics service industry these days. I am always pleasantly surprised by their depth of care and their work ethic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop to everyone.

My iPhone 11 feels brand new! Totally worth the price, everything is working smoothly with no glitches. Walked in with a black frozen screen and several cracks.

I had a completely busted phone and display, and the guy took really good care of me. Replaced the screen perfectly, put a screen protector over it as a courtesy, even taped up the back of my phone which was also shattered. No issues whatsoever with the phone now, back to working condition, and only cost me about 1/3 of what a new phone would've cost. And he was really nice and personable, excellent customer service. A pleasure all around. And I was really nervous because sometimes phone techs are giant scammers, but this guy is honest and cares about quality repairs. When I called him, he competitively priced the repair to beat out other stores. He is simply interested in doing his best business. 11/10 would go back (but I'm not trying to smash my phone again so hopefully I don’t have to. But if i do! It's him.)

Amazing & honest service! Walked in with what I thought was a cracked screen handed him the phone. One minute later he pulls off this protector and shows me it’s not the screen. Just some sort of protector. Hard to find good honest people these days!

Nathan did a great job replacing the port and the battery on my iPhone. He did it in under an hour and replaced my screen protector at no charge! Great service! Will recommend to everyone!

Shattered my screen during a wild night out! Phone tech really came to the rescue. Their service was impeccable, same day screen replacement at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Hope I don’t have to be back, but if it happens again, I know who to call.

They've done two major repairs for me (on different phones) and both have been quick and excellent. My wife bought a really nice used iphone there and they helped her transfer data.

AND they explained to me why my "new" unlocked phone (from Ebay) is so bad at phone calls. First, it wasn't new (which I had already figured out) and second, the antennas don't match T-mobiles 5 G network. (I won't be buying any more phones from Ebay--and by the way, Ebay offers virtually no help with a bad merchant such as the one I used.)

So the Phone Tech folks are knowledgeable, quick, and the service is good. I was prepared to ditch my phone with the shattered back, but they fixed it in minutes for a great price.
