Arrived about an hour early, put in a door immediately. Was loaded and ready to leave in about 1.5 hours. Both the lady at the guard shack and the dock worker were very friendly

Truck drivers delivering 4 pallets. We got there at 7:30 am. It’s been 6 1/2 hours and we’re still waiting for someone to come get us to unload. NOT A WORD. Our boss has been on the phone with them for hours!!!

From my experience picking up a load today, they are slow loading. Beside, they don’t know how to put the straps on for securing the loads, I will have to go inside to do so.
