I got involved in my trial after seeing this on social media.
While involved in the trial I was treated with respect .I didn't drive so this was not a problem as Panthera sent transport .The research I was involved in was close to my heart .Panthera staff were caring and very professional and informative. Emails and appointments were easy to follow. The process was so smooth .Not really what I expected when I signed up as I never knew what to expect .I would definitely recommend getting involved in medical research with Panthera Glasgow .

I come from a veterinary background, and recognise the importance of clinical research to produce new drugs in treatments.
My experience at Panthera Glasgow was excellent. The process was fully explained for the trial I had volunteered for.
The staff there looked after me and were friendly throughout.
I would recommend volunteering for any trial for treatments as without volunteers there would be no progress.

I have been to Panthera Glasgow on two occasions and I couldn’t have found the staff to be more welcoming and helpful. The surroundings were modern and spotless. The only thing that surprised me was the amount of paperwork involved, instead of using digital signatures etc.

I have been attending a clinical trial at Panthera Glasgow and have found the team to be very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming in all of my visits. The attention I have received from the consultant and nursing staff has been excellent and I'm made to feel appreciated by the team.

I'm very happy that I applied for and was accepted to be part of the trial I'm participating in.

When here you are treated with respect Information is given at each stage and you are asked if you want to know any other information. The staff are friendly and very competent they even ask if your journey to get to the clinic is easy and if not will help with transport these studies help shape future medical treatments. I would recommend Panthera if interested in helping in any further trials

Very little assiatance from administration staff, I have been doing a trial and was getting paid - however now getting nothing and when I enquired I have been getting fed rubbish, still not paid and not text messages to indicate that I am getting paid despite staff at Glasgow Office saying I would get paid. Not at all impressed.

I received a reply from Panthera asking me to call them with my details - which I did, the person I spoke to couldn't help and someone was going to call back.

A few moments later I did receive a call from the site manager at Glasgow, she listened to my issues and evetually agreed that there have been communication issues and she is going to investigate further. She has also said that my payments do not appear to be correct and will also investigae that.

Another update following yesterdays telephone call with the site manager. I did receive an email indicating that my payment had been approved, was surprised as it was a completely different amount to what I had previously received, and surprised as I had previously received text messages. Anyway it didn't end well, because despite assurances and being told a lot of other stuff - Panthera have still not made any payments - so the moral of the story is this - DON'T TRUST PANTHERA - THEY TELL LIES !!!!

Just a further update with regards to payments, as nobody is willing to talk to me now regarding this subject I should add that Panthera are continuing to tell lies. Very late December I was told that the monthly date for part of the payments procedure was the tenth of the month, so as it is now well past that date for January I had expected to get notification of a payment - but nothing, so more lies from them. I was also due to have a call with Operations Director on 2nd January - which didn't happen, so I emailed the person that was to be on the call, and the person that set the call up - no reply from either of them. Last week I did receive a call from a very arrogant and rude person that started shouting and would not answer my questions, he then sent an email saying threatening behaviour is not acceptable. This is the second time that Panthera have suggested this, and I have to say I have never threatened anyone - I suspect it is the nature of the company that they tell so many lies they just feel threatened.
