I had a similar review, very unprofessional questioned my resume even after I provided references and recommendation letter from previous employer. Felt demoralized after seeking employment. In retrospect glad I didn’t go with this agency but during that time I was recommended to this staffing firm because it was woman owned. The admin staff were kind and also knowledge the recruiter Elizabeth Mann wasn’t. Just be cautious, if you leave this place feeling discouraged … it’s not you it’s definitely them. Keep your head up!

When I applied for a positing instead of rejecting for not having the qualifications, they found listings I might like and helped me get interviews for those instead. Lisa-Maree gives very detailed job descriptions that include company attitude, management styles, and growth opportunities. It felt like I was asking family or friends for help finding a job more than a staffing company. They respond quickly and will talk to you for as long as needed without feeling rushed.

When I called to look for a job today. The lady is unprofessional and very ignorant. She was questioning my personal life instead of helping me to search for a job. I’ve been doing under-table job for 3 years and what she doesn’t understand that I’ve been doing under table job for 3 years she keep going in cycle of my personal life instead of helping. She refuse to help and if you confront her about it she’ll give that dirty look and say no she did not do anything wrong. She needs to not be on front office taking calls if she can’t professionally change her attitude. Saying hello and who are you isn’t professional way of answering the phone. Thanks.
