Had a representative for your company call me out of the blue and say they'd done a previous request for genetic testing for me and immediately asked for my date of birth? Felt very rude and scam like. She couldn't tell me when this so called testing was done and just continued to repeat that they needed my birth day to continue speak with me.

They need a better billing department. Received a bill back in May with my name misspelled. Paid it via a check the same week. I see the check came out of my account on May 31. I get a call this morning saying my bill is overdue. I say I've paid it already and the customer service rep wants me to text her proof of that. Um no. You need to figure out where you put the money from the check you took.

If you want to be involved in a critical medical diagnostics process, then may be you should be more on top of this rather than having patients do your job of following up. Got tested two weeks ago, my doctor’s office hasn’t received the results yet despite the company saying it takes a week. My insurance hasn’t even been notified to ensure coverage. Your delay in analysis of results is delaying further testing.

Website contains nothing but broken links and 404 errors, preventing patients from accessing results. When speaking to their support line, they cannot verify if samples have been received to the patient citing HIPAA, which is of course incorrect. Cannot believe this lab is associated with LabCorp. Night and day difference in service experience.

In my opinion Otogenetics provides a truly professional service. We submitted RNA samples for RNAseq and after frequently checking on the progress of the project, we were very happy to receive an e-mail ahead of schedule informing us that our results were ready and available. Additionally, I was quite satisfied with the fact that Otogenetics did not charge us in advance, but until samples had been essentially fully processed. Many congratulations to the Otogenetics team!
