We had a person come out to help with reconnecting internet. We are experienced with computer issues. The person who was sent out was condescending and treated the women like we are stupid. Very dissappointing to have this type of male going into homes to provide a service.

I have had the worst experience with them. We got internet with them a month ago. They came to install it and ran a wire all around our yard with little flags and still have not come back to bury it. I’ve called so many times to get someone to come out and do something about it. It’s freaking ridiculous. They have told me for the last 3 weeks that “someone is going to come by next week.” Well, another week has passed and another week our weeds get to grow even taller.

Never go late on a bill. They are the fastest disconnect in the USA. Will NOT work with a senior during a hardship so as far as I am concerned these people can go to hell.

My internet suddenly went out today and I decided to give it some time before calling to see about getting it resolved. I called at 3:30 and figured I had waited too long to get it fixed today, but there were Optilink guys out here working on it within 30 minutes and now it is up and running again. The support tech representative was super nice and the guys that came out were super nice as well. We have had Optilink for years and this was our first little hiccup, but I’m amazed at how quick the service was to get it resolved. Great work!
