It doesn't work. There is no support. The setup and the people are very nice, but it's effectively worthless and there's no 30-day out.
Ironically, my only recourse to Opiniion taking $400 a month from us is to leave my opinion.
Brad will make you promises, but he won't follow through. Feels like another pump and dump SaaS-build that sells and then is abandoned.

As to the Response from the owner; no one reaches out. No one. No one actually cares. There's a copy/paste response so at first blush it looks like someone is attending to the concerns, but there's not a person alive there that is remotely concerned.
