It was my pleasure knowing Bob and his team with OperationIT. I was temporary available to take a short-term position. They found me and matched with a prefect position that fit to me. I was able to provide my skill set and knowledge for a law school that hired me and worked with a great A/V support team led by a highly experienced director from A/V technology industry. I should have given Five starts. To be honest, I gave Four stars. Only thing I would like mention is a hiring process is in a fast pace. I recommend to ask OperationIT as more questions as possible before joining a team. What I can tell you at least is Bob (Branch manager) and Michelle (HR officer) have always responded me swiftly.

I was working at a job that honestly was not good, but paid the bills and had a professional reputation. I was not really in the market for a new job, and planned to stay where I was for a while.
Then I got a call from OperationIT, completely out of the blue. It was the best call I ever picked up. They found me a full-time contract role through them that transitioned into my now permanent current job that I absolutely love.
That call from Bob legitimately changed my life. This was not just a good professional experience, it was influential to my advancement in life. I could not recommend Operation IT more.

Leadership that wants you to learn/better yourself in your career and not only in OperationIT.
There are times where tasks here have been extremely challenging and you are dealing with a fire that you did not set. The pro here is that the management is extremely understanding and supports you as long as you are honest and you keep them in the loop of the situation.
I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in career growth

I have been working for OperationIT for about 4 months now. They found me a position that has been perfect for me. The pay is good and the hours are great. the branch operation manager Robert Schaffer was very helpful he was one of the main reasons I came to work for OperationIT. If your thinking about working for them. I suggest that you give them a try. I'm very pleased and I had a very pleasant experience working for them so far, and I hope to continue doing so. If I could put no stars, that's what I would have given them. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. They lied about the position, which I took anyway, and the money.They waited until the day before the start date to tell me I had to come down to their office, I live in CT, and the job is in CT, and they said to me and I quote, "Just get on a train". They lied about giving holiday pay and then told me I should have gotten an answer to my question in writing. They lied about the 3 month temp to hire date, when I thought I was going perm they said "you have to work a total of 600 hours not sure where you got 3 months from", um from you. When I called to let them know my frustration the manager told me "give us some credit we got you the job". I'm completely positive I was the only one in both interviews. By far the worst company I have had to work for, I had to deal with there BS for 5 months.

Working for this company has been horrendous. They make promises they cannot keep just to lure you in. And forget about raises. You should never expect a raise if you are working for them. They only look out for themselves and to them you are simply a money making resource. Would not recommend to anybody including my worst enemy.

Contacted during work hours without prior notice by an incredibly rude and abrasive Indian-American female with neither a modicum of professionalism nor propriety. When I inquired why she would simply contact me without establishing a mutually-convenient time to chat, she lied and indicated she'd already emailed me to arrange a time, which was false. Would never do business with this company.
