Every staff member was over the top nice to us while we did a job for One9. They treated us like we were their family and I didn't witness any problems while we were here. The trash incident out back is way worse than the pictures though and probably requires more than the staff at this location to clean up considering it (looks) like it extends past the property line and about ~100 feet or more into the woods. There's like 50-100+ busted up tires, and at least a few full dumpster loads of trash and pee jugs.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to have more trash cans and at least one dumpster in the back of the parking lot where this trash is, instead of the dumpsters behind the store, so there's somewhere to throw their tires without walking across the entire parking lot with them. The truckers will try to litter stuff anywhere and not walk across the parking lot with a busted tire to throw it away at the back of the store. Convenience with these truck stops is a must for sanitation because truck drivers just want to get in and get out, walking or spending the least amount possible - which is completely okay, just an observation from all of the truck stops we've done. Anyways, thank you for the hospitality and wonderful management/maintenance guys & workers. Really enjoyed my time working here!

I have never heard of ONE9 Travel Center, but I was immediately impressed by the cool stock of items they had for sale. I found out from an employee that ONE9 is part of the Pilot/Flying J family of stores which makes sense given friendly nature the on shift associate and the way that I could absolutely see that they put the customer and their interests first.

Customers are greeted with a nice and friendly hello! pleasant atmosphere, courtesy employees, a nice place to break while traveling, very accessible and right off the interstate. Nice/clean facilities and great tasting coffee!

Truckers can fuel here.. owned by pilot.. seems to be cheapest fuel as posted. Some parking if u be here early. Quite a few reserve parking. Showers are nice & store is well stocked
