Do not recommend. For a service call for my at home printer, the technician needed to perform maintenance, did not come with the tool needed and called his office to discuss with a manager. Manager said to bring printer to office and will need to charge me additional service fee above the $162. In my discussion with manager he hung up phone on me. Very unprofessional experience

Leased a "new" machine from this company and in the last 12 months, we have had at least six service calls. The machine is clearly faulty, and the owner has had to "order parts" for the machine on at least three occasions. What "new" machine needs this many replacement parts? Tim Lapine, the owner, has been smug, rude, and condescending in his approach to this situation. He has accused our company of using the wrong paper (which we have not), using the wrong labels (which we have not), and even saying we misrepresented how much we were using the machine. Our lease guarantees us 36 months of service or 36K copies---whichever comes first. Well, that averages 12K copies per year. We've had this lease since June 2021 and have not even reached 10K copies. Additionally, we have purchased two small printers to offset use of the copier and we have still had all of these issues. And I won't even go into the cost of having to take almost every print job of significance to Staples because we can't guarantee the quality of the print.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company and, certainly, do not fall for the option of their leasing program. It is, without a doubt, one of the most dishonest aspects of this company and that is without regards to the unprofessional owner, incompetent technicians, and overall lack of skill in their work.

They are the best IT company I have ever used. We have done extensive and complex IT projects over the years and always seem to have issues after completion. This Company took care of the very intricate job of migrating our overworked Servers and workstations without a hitch.
We will use them for all of our future IT.
