DO NOT PURCHASE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Terrible company and horrible customer service. They set up the wrong company name and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t fixed it and won’t refund my money. All documents sent or saved have the wrong company on them rendering the entire platform unusable. Awful service I would never recommend. Way too buggy with a crappy “team” behind them. Told them not to charge and to cancel for weeks but they charged the card anyway.

We have been using Odoo for a couple of months now and the experience of integrating the whole team in all the areas of the company has been amazing. Odoo is no the best of the best in any app but the integration makes up for it all. Also, the customer support is one of the best. Most of the times they help us solve the tickets in one single email with step by step instructions and videos. Totally recommend it!

Worst customer service ever, specially the account manager David Deutsch, not helpful, replies to email after 2nd reminder, and has bad attitude. Be aware they do not issue credit for paid yearly subscriptions. I highly recommend
