Cryocycle method is wonderful!
I met Dr. Serbynovskyi at the Columbia CryoEM meeting and was attracted by his cryoCycle method of clipping before plunge freezing for cryoEM sample preparation.
Onsite trying it for the first time yesterday. Dr. Serbynovskyi was so patient in showing me the whole procedure! I had a very nice experience with the new method: RT-clipping makes the whole procedure much more convenient, and the grids remain nice and flat throughout the whole process. Thank you Dr. Serbynovskyi! Would be happy to recommend the method~
