I started a year-long study with them back in December 2021. The sponsor terminated the study early in August 2022. My monthly check-up with the clinic was always a great experience. The coordinator and reception accomodate scheduling changes and are always welcoming. From doctors to staff, NRC took great care of me to make sure I felt comfortable and was fully informed. I felt protected and safe under their care. I enjoyed my visits tremendously: they felt like a meditative session where I could recollect my thoughts and take a break from my normal routine. In my last session, the staff even gave me thank you goodies. They are so thoughtful.

I’m still in the process of my trial but so far so good. The staff was courteous and professional. Everything went smooth for the first long visit. The only unsatisfactory thing was that the meal they gave me was overcooked. 🙃

My experience here was amazing! Emma was my coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable. They had snacks and refreshments while we waited which was always nice because I would forget my water at times. They had toys and coloring books for my 3yr old. Best experience ever here!

Having done many clin trials at different locations over the years, I've become quite accustomed to time being spent there.
I can honestly say that NRC in Orange, CA, has been the best clinic/clinical trial office that I have been involved in as a participant. The staff is incredibly professional, honest, friendly, really concerned about me, and is just a nice place to do a trial with. For those that have done trials before and/or those that are new to becoming a participant, I would highly recommend giving NRC consideration for your next clin trial.
And a quick shout out to Angeli...I couldn't be more happier to have had you as my study coordinator. Your true dedication and love for your job, is a true testament of what a such caring person you really are...thank you from the bottom of my heart : )

I can not begin to say how welcome, sensitive, personable and kind all the staff were at NRC. Honestly, it was a pleasure to participate in my anxiety study, the rooms were clean, lots of snacks and watched movies too. I would love to participate in another study anytime I qualify and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed but professional environment. Thank you NRC.

Went for a clinic trial that lasted a couple months. Staff we're courteous and professional. The psychiatrist overseeing my treatment was personable and kind. Overall not a bad experience.

Being part of this study was a top tier experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and great at their jobs. I would highly recommend. Jazmine at front desk is the best ever we had lots of laughs and great conversations!

I am glad to be a participant at NRC Research they showed a lot of professional conduct, great customer service, and concern with their patents.
