New Research building is the heart of research happening at the Harvard medical school. This building hosts labs of eminent genetics like George Church and Christine Seidman. Most of the research labs are focused on genetics and genomics. These scientists are from different teaching institutions of Harvard Medical school. NRB also have a fully functional gymnasium (accessible for public) and a large conference hall, coffee shop and a restaurant. The building have a highly restricted access as in most of the research institutions.
