Disappointed! We've been with Novatech for nearly 5 years. Within this time frame they've been unable to consistently monitor the toner and cartridges levels to prevent us from being out of service and having to wait several days before equipment arrive. Several attempts to speak to a manager to voice concerns and no one is ever available. Bad customer experience!
