My wife and I just purchased a home and moved to Owens Cross Roads and someone suggested this company for fiber internet. It’s absolutely awesome! Super fast, no lag, always up! They were quick to come out to our home and complete the installation and the tech was very friendly and professional, answering all my questions and ensuring that we had the modem placed exactly where we needed. Over the phone customer service is excellent!! People are genuinely happy to help you get all setup and answer any questions you may have. It’s a pleasure to be to call and get a live person to speak to immediately and not have to wait and go through a bunch of hoops to get someone. Overall, if you are considering this company I can tell you that you won’t have any regrets.

I have been a loyal customer of New Hope Telephone Cooperative for over 4 years now, relying solely on their internet service since moving to this area. We have been customers since 2020 when we first moved to OXR. Love this company. First -- it's local. Second, on the rare occasion we needed service, the NHTC was prompt to respond, professional and courteous. You could go with the other Guy, but for less cost and local service, NHTC can't be beat.
