Do not buy from NeilMed. We bought two bottles of Nasogel through Amazon, and were informed that the product was recalled, and to email NeilMed. After days of emailing with no response, we gave up. We had to Google why the product was recalled and found that it had dangerous bacteria in it. Thank you NeilMed, for nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their products.

This is a terrible company!!! I also bought two bottles of NasoGel through Amazon and received a recall notice for the items. When I contacted NeilMed Pharmaceuticals they explained that the product was contaminated by the microbe Burkholderia cepacia complex and they offered me a replacement. I refused the replacement.. Why on earth would I ever use a product from this company after ingesting a contaminated product sold by them?!! Instead, I asked for a refund. After that I started to get the runaround. NeilMed first directed me to contact Amazon for a refund. Amazon sent me back to NeilMed. After that I was asked to provide proof of purchase. I did so and heard nothing. I reached out again. They then asked me to upload photos of the items. I did so and heard nothing. I sent several more emails and no response. I called and spoke to a representative who assured me I would be receiving an email from the company...still no response.This is completely unacceptable, especially for a company dealing with medical products. If you care about customer safety and accountability, I strongly recommend avoiding NeilMed.

I've been using NeilMed sinus rinse and their saline nasal spray for decades. I'm on liquid oxygen 24/7 and without their products my nasal passages would be dried up totally. I use their products so I can continue to live.

I have had post-nasal drip for a number of years. It clogs my sinuses and nose when I sleep. As a result I snore and have trouble breathing. It is not sleep apnea. I have been tested for that. It is my sinuses getting clogged. In the morning my nose runs until my sinus get cleared. I have found NeilMed Sinus Rinse before bed has reduced the issue so that it is no longer a problem. If I forget to do it at night, a rinse in the morning stops the runny nose and clears the drip.

I've had pretty good experiences with NeilMed products but I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I sent in a receipt and form from one of my bottles over a year ago to receive a free nasal rinse bottle and I never heard anything back. I really could use that! I was getting sinus infections often and had to have a sinus surgery. I used the bottle-style nasal saline rinses during my recovery and they work great. I continue to use one when I have allergies or feel any congestion coming on. I recommend them to everyone with a nose!

Love NeilMed piercing aftercare! Only thing I’ll use on newly pierced ears. NeilMed fine mist was recommended by our piercer and we have used it ever since then. We use it every day twice per day and it works so well. I accidentally bought the travel size last time. Totally my fault, but NeilMed has a great 90 day return policy and will take it back! I will continue to buy NeilMed fine mist piercing aftercare!

I really like their products. I have been using it for a very long time. I have chronic sinusitis, which tortures me for a very long time. Using NeilMed products greatly alleviates the symptoms and helps me breath comfortably. I highly recommend the sinus rinse especially before you sleep. It can mitigates the nasal congestion greatly! Also, if your symptoms are more severe, I would recommend the high strength saline packets! Very effective!
