The communication at this place is ridiculous. U get an answering service that says they will.send a message out to a bunch of people and someone should call you back. You can not simply just call the electric company, u have to deal.with an answering service that has no clue about anything. With all of this technology you would think things would be simpler but it has seemed to help people just be more lazy

I spent 45 minutes trying to get a hold of someone on the phone just to be sent to a voicemail and no one to call me back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

IF I COULD REVIEW THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY IN THE NEGATIVES I WOULD. I received a bill for my water which is over $230 more than the water portion of my bill has EVER been-in over two years. CROOKS AND LIARS. They insist they are correct. HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I had any choice, I would NEVER conduct business with them. EVER!!!!!!

Your Automated phone system "sucks" to pay an electric bill. The whole tribal government is ran this way out of the loop to serve your people.
