Their clients should know about their bad practices. I provided a service for National Data Research in my home on June 27, 2019; whereby, I was promised an incentive payment of $200 by the end of July. They confirmed via email that they would send the incentive in August, but to date they have not responded after numerous emails and calls. Then, they had the nerve to try to recruit me and a family member to participate in another study. They schedule participants and don't pay them. It has been more than 4 months and now they just ignore all emails.

Lisa M (H is under my maiden call); I was scheduled for beverage study last night , Ivan , receptionist, is quite a delight! Hospitable, interactive, and rather candid with check-in and participant waiting area. His counterpart (young lady w dark long hair) kinda bounced off his charisma. I Hopefully will have another opportunity to participate again as I was released with honorarium for being prompt and overbooked for the study group!! Thanks for a lovely few minutes!

Check out the reviews on Yelp where you will see numerous complaints about lack of payment for completing surveys. I did a survey in July of 2019 and filed with the BBB and now the IL State's Atty. office due to their lack of response to my phone calls and e-mails. NDR has ignored me and is now even ignoring the higher ups. Learn from my experience and that of others--don't waste your time doing surveys for them.
