Sent me the wrong grinder blade after a long, detailed conversation of exactly what I needed. Then wanted to charge a restocking fee and for me to cover return shipping. Will not purchase from this company again.

Needed a part for my Hobart mixer. Talk to my equipment repair guy and for 2 weeks he could not come up with the part. After I did my research this was available to me about 200 miles away. Placed an order ship the next day received the next day... Thank you national bandsaw for keeping the small Mom and pops in business

They were really nice to me, only purchased one part and I brought in a Hobart Gearbox, part within the gearbox, he just touched it (two seconds flat) it start working again. No it wasn't a miracle, part was stuck and I was just too timid to pull it hard enough to free it. Cheap prices excellent service... I think they're going to last another 53 years

THEY ARE NOT SELLING ORIGINAL PARTS AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT. what they are selling are parts that they are making in china. I emailed exactly what I needed with original part numbers and I was assured that I will get original parts, what I got were parts made in China that don't fit. On the top of that customer service provided by Harley, was terrible. He is very rude and doesn't know how to deal under pressure. only time when he was nice, was when he took credit card numbers. He didnt offer any resolution, he didn't offer to send parts back, he only yelled and screamed and hung up on me. Their web site is misleading, it indicates that they are selling original parts under original name. If I was told that parts are not original, I would never buy them. Waste of time and waste of money.
