ots of learning experience that can be easily digested by anyone. Wonderful exhibits. Mission Control center special visit was so awesome and nostalgic. Rocket park and Saturn V exhibit was mind blowing. Independence plane featuring the Space Shuttle is just tremendous with activities for kids and everyone. Virtual Reality experience is charged extra but I highly recommend it! The presentations and the live presenters were great. Please visit at least once as after all space is our final frontier!

A five star experience. This is one of the best museum of any type I have been to. Originally we came for the kids, but I git hooked into learning and discovery because they do am excellent job with all the exhibits. The entire family had much fun at the space center. The gift shop was also amazing!

I went there on a weekend and that was a big mistake on my part because out of the 4 hours I stayed there I probably spend 3 hours waiting in queues. It was way too crowded and the queue was at least a mile long. I waited 30 mins just to enter, then a solid hour for the tram queue, and also for the VR another hour and 30 more mins for the plane outside. Other than that, the museum is definitely worth visiting, it is huge and there’s so much to learn. The ticket pricing is pretty reasonable for whatever they provide. It was well maintained and I had a great time. If anyone is visiting, I would suggest please go as early as you can, right when it opens, and spend the whole day there. Take the tram first then come back and do the rest. Theres plenty of rest rooms and food options to choose from as well!

Amazing experience learning about the NASA space program and center in Houston. Note that the last full tour with tram ride to the launch pad is at 3pm on weekdays but touring the museum was still really worthwhile! Lots of interesting and informative exhibits for both kids and adults.

Had a wonderful time reliving some great memories and learning new information about the work NASA is accomplishing. Nice food to try if you’re hungry too. I need to go back because there is to many things to see and learn in one visit.

Starting with word of caution-try not to visit during year end holidays, from 26th Dec to 1st Jan, if possible. Extremely crowded, at least 20 mins line in everything, and you won’t even get to line up for some tours/movies because it got booked before half the day even passed. We bought tickets online the day before which saved $5 each. Waiting time to enter was about 20 mins. Once inside, we only had the rocket saturn V tour available for us(wait time 25 mins for the tram) since the astronaut training facility tour got booked around 10 in the morning!! (For mission control you have to pay separately) the rocket tour was fantastic though, there were staff willing to explain and demonstrate to kids and adults. Once we got back, the line to explore tesla rocket was extreme, people lining up the stairs upto third floor, so we went for lunch. Since no outside food allowed, everyone eats there so paying at kiosk, getting food and finding place to sit took another 20 mins!!! After that we were able to only watch “the mission briefing” film and the rest of the show were booked by 3:30. In the end, roamed around two gift stores, bought few expensive but good souvenirs and stood in line for 15 mins. LONG STORY SHORT, do not visit at the end of the year if you can.

We had a wonderful one day outing to NASA with friends visiting us from out of town on a Saturday. The exhibits are all very educational. My 6 year old loved the display especially the vault and the independent plaza. We took the tram tour to visit the Astronaut Training Facility and Is it was a wonderful experience. We have visited NASA several times in the previous years and there were many interactive things for kids to do, now it is mostly just display and there are no hands on experiments that kids could do. Earlier there were shows by scientists, they would do experiments and we didn’t see it either. I have volunteered here earlier and know that those were the coolest things for kids.

I would give this a 3.5 ⭐ but I'll round up since space is so cool! I reviewed the Mission Control tour separately since not everyone might get the package.

I've been to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral before, so I was expecting a similar experience. However, I was a bit underwhelmed since I was expecting a NASA wow factor. Even my kids weren't blown away.

There were very few people explaining things aside from the volunteer lady at the Saturn V rocket, who was very sweet, passionate, and knowledgeable!! I think that would have made a world of difference since it would be a lot more personable and you can actually interact with experts.

There are many great displays, especially about the upcoming Artemis missions. The Food Lab is decent so you can get your fill and then resume your activities on-site.

The Rocket Park is certainly worth checking out because you'll get to see one of three remaining Saturn V rockets left on the planet. It's included in the tour as well. You simply line up for the tram and there's no need to do anything extra to ensure your spot.

The Astronaut Training tram tour is also included. However, you should go to Guest Services (the desk to the right as you get in) when you arrive so that you can pick the tour at your preferred time. Since we did the 10:40am Mission Control tour, the 11:50am Astronaut one was perfect. This tour is pretty disappointing because you don't actually see anyone working. I'm sure it is due to the fact we went on a long weekend. Still .. I don't think it would be terribly interesting just seeing people walk around when you're up on the 2nd floor looking down.

All in all, keep your expectations in check and you'll have a good time. 1 day is plenty to check out all of the tours and displays.
