Scam people don't buy nothing from them, canna analyzer shows all time similar numbers 14-17-23% thc.. even you put dill.. i sell CBD flowers wich contains 0.2% thc, but this thing shows 14%.. i tried to put empty, and air.. had 14% of thc..
Support team didn't answer, i wrote 5 emails and didnt got answer.
Never recomend this scam company..

Hello to all future buyers of this device,

I have sent a message to MyDX several times now to let them know that the device I bought is not working. My messages were all ignored, except when I introduced myself as a new customer, when they got back to me within 24 hours. I can't understand why they are so unprofessional.

I received a reply to my first inquiry within 24 hours, but they didn't reply to my next question, either by email or via the contact form on their website, and that for several months.

I am very disappointed with their service and must advise all future purchasers against this product.

The device does not work and the people in charge of service do not want to answer me to solve the problem.

I have tested the device several times with THC strains and CBD strains. The device always gives me the same values 20% THC even if it is a CBD strain with approx. 0.35% THC... I have also replaced the CannaDX sensor (I had to buy it myself and it was not replaced under warranty because nobody from the service department took care of me) and still this device does not work.

I have been trying to find a contact person for a long time, but it seems that the employees can only answer when it comes to new sales, but not when it comes to service.

Therefore, this company gets an absolutely bad rating from me and I advise all people not to buy this product as they will only lose money and get no benefit.

I ordered a unit. It never worked. After a few emails customer service did respond and say it was bad sensor and they would send me a new sensor. That was almost 2 months ago. I've sent 8 emails and left 4 voicemails since and received no response. I am unexplainably disappointed. The tester was really expensive and I don't know how to even get my money back. Stay away

This company is a scam! The product does not work! You will not ever be able to get a hold of a person in any communications, phone, or email. They know if they don’t respond that they do not have to refund for the product that is returned! Good luck getting any help or money back. I am in touch with BBB, My attorney general, and lawyer. They sent me shipment that I ordered after 25 days even though I payed a lot for ups shipment. Mydx were not answering on the email address nor on the phone number for 20 days, did not send me Any email confirmation from the company that my package has been sent nor the tracking number.
AFter 25 days of waiting for CDX life customer support to answer on the mail I sent or the phone number they have on google, for why they took money from my bank account and did not send me the package, I received the order and after 2 days customer support reply on my mail asking me why the negative comment on google😡😡😡

Product rarely works. Results are unreliable and not accurate. We tested the exact same cannabis with federally licensed facilities and the MyDX was never even within 5% THC levels of any of the products we compared.

We then purchased a 2nd unit to see if it was the one unit that had the problem. It was not. The 2nd MyDX tester we purchased had results that were even more far off then the first one.

Horrible customer service on multiple levels. They never answer their phones. They never responded to our emails.

Highly recommend against wasting your money on the products this company sells. If you are looking for consistent accurate testing go elsewhere.
