The FedEx driver stole my $3000+ prebuilt computer out of the box and replaced it with an HP Omen $500 computer. They will not respond to my emails and will not take responsibility. FedEx, in an email, said they had resolved the dispute with MSI directly. However, MSI says the dispute was denied, and I’m still liable to pay for the computer. The credit card company has reached out to MSI and was told to deny my dispute because I received the computer. This happened in August and I still can't get this remediated.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. After a failed 2 month long attempt at repairing my laptop with Best Buy, I gave up and decided to make the hour long drive to here and personally drop off my RMA yesterday. They had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours and I have already retrieved my laptop. They even took care of it free of charge despite not being under warranty! You have earned a loyal MSI customer today.

Spence is holding the mob of unruly customers at bay with an excellent dose of humor and competence. I had the (dis)pleasure of being one of the gazillion customers vying for the very few Nvidia GPUs on launch day. Spence kept us updated on Discord and replied to our concerns with hope and reality, keeping us updated on drops and trying to give us more information than the general public. He kept both the lucky and the unlucky informed and managed the obnoxious with a skill of a professional.

Can’t get ahold of anyone due to “technical difficulties” with all their phone lines. They messed up the delivery info on my order and now I have to wait for them to respond through email. FedEx is unable to update any info as this company restricted all updates on this order. I am now forced to wait as I have no way of updating the delivery/contact info for this order.

Never buy anything from them. Faulty products, designed to sell, not to function, last, or be repaired. Customer service worse than useless. I sent a broken product in (hinge manufacturing flaw), and they demanded almost what I paid for the product in order to repair the defect, with the same faulty parts. They sent the laptop back with internal screws missing and lied to the insurance company. Unbelievably bad, untill you experience it yourself.

Horrible RMA process. Then they sent me a replacement board that was bent and broken with missing accessories. Quick to my money slow to resolve a problem. Supposed to hear back next week let's see what's.

I can't say enough good things about MSi.

Their products are amazing, but their customer service is even better!

You couldn't ask for better people to help you.

Unfortunately, my Dad has "issues" and has forgotten all his passwords and computer stuff. Even where his "password book" is.

MSi stepped up to the plate and helped us out with Dad's gaming laptop (from 2018). At NO CHARGE.

Dad's laptop will be up and running again when we get the recovery USB drive in the mail in a week or so.

MAJOR KUDOS to the folks at MSi.

They'll definitely be getting all of my family's future business.

I love you guys, took a really good care of my laptop i paid 2600 in 2018 and I just got it back from you guys and OMG IM IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN to everyone else not having good experience with MSI it's either your laptop or you actually did break it on your own. I have the best experience with MSI and my laptop went through ALOT !!!
