This is the third time at Movara and it never disappoints! It is an amazing fitness resort with beautiful hiking, the guides are very knowledgeable and patient. It has a great spa and really good food. And it is a very welcoming environment for all fitness levels. You won’t be disappointed. And I will be back!

Movara is life changing! This was my second time here and it was as good or better than the first time. The hikes and hiking guides are absolutely amazing and you really don’t get much better scenery. The food is delicious and even though the calories are kept low, I never felt hungry. The people here care about you and I was ecstatic that I lost 7 pounds in one week. However, the people you meet and the lessons and mind shift that happens is the best part. I’m ready to go home and continue improving myself. This is something you will want to do for yourself!

Movara is the place to go for a health and wellness reset. Each day gives you 3 hours of hiking in the beautiful St. George area, 2-3 fitness classes led by professional and fun trainers, lectures on wellness and delicious low calorie food. You can end the days with a massage or other spa treatment or relax in the hot tub. I highly recommend it.

I didn’t know what to expect coming into this experience. My mom came last year and loved it and convinced me to come this time around and I’m so glad she did. I feel like I was able to take a break from day to day life, while at the same time challenging myself to workout, form new habits, eat healthy, and meet some amazing people along the way. Highly recommend Movara and will definitely be back! 🙂

This was my 1st time at Movara & I was so impressed with how knowledgeable & friendly the staff was. |Loved the morning stretches, the Matt Pilates-core strengthening, gym activities. & hiking experiences. Hiking the mountains daily was awesome. They have all levels of hiking so everyone feels comfortable. |The food was amazing-so delicious, it was hard to believe they were low calories, but they were!|The lectures were so informative & the speakers were so knowledgeable. |Information you can take home with you to continue a health life style. |I met amazing people from all over. |I’m looking forward to coming back next year!!

My second time at Movara and it is still a magical place. Best hiking for all levels with attentive guides. They take you to beautiful places that we could never have done on our own. The food is healthy and delicious and the classes and staff are the best! This is now an annual trip for my husband and me to reset out body and mind!!

The workouts are great. The hikes are incredible. The staff are wonderful. This is the best place to release all your stress and focus on self care.
