My experience with most recruiters has been virtually the same every time: someone reaches out, says there’s a position I would be a good candidate for, makes a ton of promises, and then if it doesn’t work out or I’m not interested, completely ghosts me. Frankly, the majority of them don’t give two craps about the people they reach out to, only how they can use those people to their own personal benefit.
