I worked with MOST on a complex data reporting project. I was extremely impressed with the time they took to understand the business model! They consistently took initiative in offering suggestions on how to improve our data collection and structure as well as clean up existing data when it made sense. But they also always had contingent plans and could deal with messy existing data as well. MOST went well beyond what I would have expected them to do based on what we initially contracted them to do, only in a positive way. They don't up-sell, they truly add value! Working directly with the database expert, who quickly grasped the intricacies our data and fully understood the business side of the data was unexpected and such a positive experience.
