I placed an online order and unfortunately had a hiccup upon arrival. Nothing at all due to Monster Gardens. This was a manufacturer issue. I placed an order over the weekend, obv they're closed. Monday mid afternoon they shipped my order priority. It was here Wednesday before 11am. I didn't expect service like this, but it exceeded my expectations. 10/10 * I will support monster gardens again... had to edit my post but all I removed was "if I can't source locally " tbh that part doesn't mean as much to me. the service I received was second to none.

Prices are competitive but you gotta wait 3 weeks for your online order to arrive!!! Slow UPS shipping!!! If you need it quick, make sure it's in stock or buy it elsewhere.

Update: my order took so long because they were out of stock. I do understand the slow shipping but they at least could have notified me that it was going to be more than a week or two until it even ships.

My order of 6 cvault containers arrived fast, but 2 of them leaked bad. I contacted monster gardens about this problem on Thursday 5-26. I stressed that I need these containers for product in about a week, and I was told that he was going to talk with the owner and call me right back. I received no call back.
5-31 I call again and talk with Jade who seemed very helpful. He told me that they would ship me out new containers asap and email a return label for the 2 containers that leak. No label was sent, so again on 6-1 I had to make yet another call, and explain to a third person what the issue is. I was told again that I would receive a call back, and this time I did. However, this representative was rude and told me that they wouldn't be sending me replacements.
I'm now unable to order these containers elsewhere in order to get them in time. Had I been informed of this the first time I called I could have and would have ordered them from them or elsewhere and would have received them in time.
TERRIBLE communication amongst this companies reps, and between the reps and costumers.
Also, the fact that they didn't make it right after dealing with these hassles was very disappointing. Not to mention the last call from their rep was rude.
I should have just ordered from cvault to begin with.

Seriously the best experience online I've ever had. Such an awesome website and the videos are great the guys are obviously very smart. So easy to buy stuff and check out and how awesome is it that I can pay with paypal! I usually buy stuff on eBay but damn not anymore this is so great I can't wait to till everyone i know to use this!!!

I'm giving Monster Gardens and most importantly Stacey in the customer service department 5 stars for their business practices, availability and transparency. I have been using them for years but recently made a purchase where the products microbes were active and once the bottle was open it blew everywhere. Because I had experienced this on a previous occasion, this time I pulled out the video camera to record this. I then contacted Monster Garden to work on a replacement. The ease of this was amazing and seamless. No runaround no B.S. For that level of transparency and customer service, I WILL continue to use Monster Gardens. Thank you very much Stacey. You are an asset to your company.
