Very helpful staff with a plethora of resources available for purchase from maps, Wag bags, souvenirs (small and big), books, toys, and clothes. You can even shop online. Definitely worth a stop for advice if you haven't preplanned all your activities.

The Moab Information Center is a must stop when visiting Moab. The staff were the friendliest people we have encountered since arriving in Moab. They answered all our questions and gave us tips for our stay in Moab. They have plenty of maps and souvenirs for sale. The restrooms were very clean. Take the time to stop in to get information to make your visit to Moab more enjoyable. You will be happy you did.

Stop here first and every morning as needed for help and direction. These folks were very helpful. When you start looking at all the trails, rules, directions on trails, severity of the trails, trail closures, side by side rules etc. You realize quickly you could get yourself in trouble or hurt fast without knowing what you're doing.

I loved Rachel. She was so informative and helpful. Trying to get me from one park to the next place is very well organized but they only had pages 2022 and 2023 for the national Park book.

We easily found the info center. Two women at the counter to answer questions and ring up sales. Our question was “ Where can we take a shower ?” since we are camping in Arches Nat Park w/ no showers available. She gave us a printed list w/ locations and phone numbers as well as the cost. Bought a few souvenirs as well. We collect National park mugs and theirs were on sale.

One of the nicest visitor centers that I've been in. It was laid out in a great way which gave them flow and ease of movement even when it was really busy. The staff was super helpful with trails and things.We were in Moab to ride motorcycles, so figuring out the maps, staging areas and the different difficulty levels was important and they had all the info we needed.

They had a little mini museum type section that showed different things about the area. Animals, soil, bones etc The gift and book section was nice as well.👍

Excellent and informative! They’ve got a cool little gift shop as well as all the maps and guides you will need. They’ll even play a 19 minute video for you if you ask nicely 🙂

Lots of great information here. Trail maps and itinerary ideas. Books, tourist gifts, etc. Friendly workers. Clean bathrooms. Helpful NPS ranger out front (FYI - Arches NP now requires timed entry passes ($2) in addition to your park pass for entry) to help with any questions you have.
