my gaming PC’s CPU was overheating randomly, and wanted to take it to a professional for repairs since i am not as tech-savvy in regards to hardware. i took a quick 30-second search and found these guys! i walked right in with no appointment and they welcomed me with open arms. the communication was amazing and they were really transparent about what the issue was, and i trusted their expertise and chose to go with replacing the CPU cooler. everything was taken care of and my PC is working beautifully. if i ever have any more problems in the future, i will always put my trust here. thank you for the amazing service! 🙂

These guys are great - they know what they are doing and are honest about what needs to be done. Also very reasonably priced. They kept fixing my very old laptop until I was ready to invest in a newer model and then transferred all of the data for me. I'll keep going back whenever I have an issue

Very helpful. Two computers with mainly pictures and some documents. The initial estimate high but I knew it was potentially a difficult job to extract data from two iMac's, one PW-protected. In the end they could only access one of them and didn't charge me for the other one, although I'm sure they invested some time getting to that point. Great customer service and I will use them again (although I hope not to need their services!). Highly recommend.

These folks are great. They're friendly, knowledgeable and they fixed my console even though it took a couple tries. They honored their warranty and were very communicative, making sure the issue was completely resolved. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone who doesn't have the time or knowledge or tools to do their own repairs.

I dropped off an item for repair and was given an estimate of cost and finish time. The repair time took much longer than expected, but communication was very good. The item took much more labor to repair and they still honored the original quote. The repaired item works great so it was worth the wait. Everyone I talked with were always pleasant.

So my computer died, spending that day and part of the next expending my computer skills I shifted to searching for reputable repair shops. I did not want a basement part time enthusiast nor a chain store money pit but rather a store front operation with suitable time in operation. All tis inevitably led me to MM TECH DOCTOR. The technical knowledge is by any standard superior, the service is expedient, empathetic, and most pleasant. And above all in this climate of greed and selfishness these people are FAIR and TRUSTWORTHY. If you computer repair services there is no better place to take it in my opinion!

Initially took my kid's PS5 here and was very impressed by the repair service. This time took a 5 year old laptop in for performance issues. The service was not only quick and affordable, but the repair appears to have solved the issues and the machine is operating better than it has in years. The staff is very professional and communicates well and often as the repair progresses. Highly recommend.
