Mixtroz is marvelous! As everyone in the meeting and conference industry is having to do, we had to pivot on a dime and figure out a new way to do a yearly training for one of our clients. We wanted to make the experience as close to what has occurred in the past but that meant we needed a way to do a "reception." We looked and looked and there were lots of options out there, but we settled on Mixtroz. Partially because we like to support minority and women owned businesses, but also, we felt it didn't try to be more than what we needed it to be - a way for our attendees to meet each other and talk before training started the next day.
Ashlee, the inventor and owner of Mixtroz, was so helpful. She knows her product inside and out and even when I was challenged with some of the technology, she walked me through it all. I can honestly say, except for one time, every time I reached out for help in the help chat, Ashlee was the one who answered me. The product itself is not difficult to use at all, just my fear that it would be and questions that I knew my clients would have. We could see a demonstration of the product and we were even allowed to have a mini-mix to allow the client to see how the product would work for the actual reception. After that occurred, the client was completely onboard.
After the actual "reception" Mix, We heard from the client that there were awesome conversations that took place with the attendees. The questions and the icebreakers were absolutely fantastic and actually allowed people to have conversations that would not necessarily have happened otherwise or in person.
To sum it up, If you want a way to have your attendees to meet each other without actually being in contact, the virtual option from Mixtroz is wonderful, the support is amazing the overall experience is great! Thanks Ashlee!
